Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you because I would like to receive information about brings over of the university, and what I must do to study English and follow my studies of manufacturer Engineering at the same time.

Firstly, I would like to know the cost of the English courses that you offer since this is not included in the interchange program offered by you. Besides, I would like to know the duration and the language level that is achieved with these courses of English. On the other hand, if I can learn the Irish language along with English and the additional cost that this implies. I also want to know how many students there will be in the classes and if I can divide my timetable in 6 days -for example from Monday until Saturday.

Secondly I want to know if you arrange accommodation with local families or in the university campus or is that something I have to do myself. Also, I would appreciate it if you could tell me how far the Manufacturer Engineering faculty building is from the Language Services Department, if this involves travelling and how much the bus or train tickets cost.

I have enclosed my application form to the university together with my grades at my current university and a letter of recommendation from my embassy. I look forward to your soon reply.
